When will my order be delivered?

As each order is customised exactly to your needs it will take typically 2-4 business days for it to leave our warehouse, but at busy times this can be longer. Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping destination - for further details, please see our Delivery Times page.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If your order has not been received within 14 days of its expected arrival, please email bemettle@pc-supportdesk.com.

Can I track my order?

All orders are shipped tracked and your shipping confirmation email will include a link to track your order. Please allow at least 24 hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation email for the online tracking to activate.

However, if your shipping confirmation email does not include a tracking link, please contactbemettle@pc-supportdesk.com

Can I return or refund my order?

We have a no-quibble 90 day return policy for your peace of mind. Head to our Returns and Refunds page for more information.

Please note, you will not be entitled to a refund if the goods you have ordered are personalised or bespoke to your specification, unless the goods we have supplied to you are faulty or not as described on our website.

There's something wrong with my order.

We are really sorry if we've made a mistake. If we have sent you an incorrect item, or there is a fault with one of your products, please contact bemettle@pc-supportdesk.com and we will resolve this for you.

What are my rights for a refund or exchange when I buy digital content?

Because the digital content is delivered to your email as a download you are unable to return this to us for a refund or exchange because a copy could have been taken. The Consumer Rights Act (UK) was updated on 1 October 2015 to give consumers clear legal rights entitling them to a repair or replacement only when digital products are faulty. You must report a faulty product to us via email, with visual evidence of the fault, within 30 days of the transaction date. Within the 30 days, where evidence is provided, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email customer care with any other questions you may have.

How soon do you reply to emails?

We aim to reply to your email within 48 hours. However, this can sometimes be longer during weekends, bank holidays and busy periods.
